1.2. NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN

PLEASE NOTE: Children under age 13 are not allowed to register for SteamArena.com or contribute content to the site. We do not collect personal information for children under the age of 13. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a Site user is under age 13, we will promptly delete any personal information in that user’s account. 2.1. WHAT BASIC INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?

      In operating the Site, Company may include registration, online surveys, and other online forms that ask users to provide their names, e-mail addresses, and other contact information, as well as the following categories of information: relationship status, female/male, nationality, age, profession, hobby, sport, favorite show, and favorite music.

2.2. WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DOES COMPANY COLLECT?

This Site allows posting by members. Should we receive a claim of copyright infringement, we will comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act as noted in our DMCA Policy accessible through the link at the bottom of this page or the home page of the Site. As part of that process, we may choose to share the personal identity, claims and counterclaims made by parties claiming infringement and responding to said claims with each party involved.

3.1. WHAT DOES COMPANY DO WITH COLLECTED INFORMATION? 

      (a)  PERSONAL INFORMATION. We share certain categories of information we collect from you in the ways described in this Privacy Policy. (f) ACCESS TO INFORMATION. You may access your information in the profile element of the Site once you join as a member. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.  We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

SERVICE-RELATED ANNOUNCEMENTS

We will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so.  For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

The Site includes interactive forums such as message boards and chat rooms and other public areas. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us at contactus@steamarena.com.  In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

6.1. SINGLE-SIGN-ON

You can log in to our site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form.  Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.
